Delivery charges

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Order confirmation

After you place an order we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable — unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. For high-value orders we may request a small advance to confirm the order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking number by WhatsApp or email.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the parcel is sealed before accepting. If it looks damaged or tampered with, take a photo and contact us right away.
